an application describing the name and address of the carrier and items specified in the follo~ving subparagraphs relating to the candidate for pilot inspector:
(1)Name and address;
(2) The qualifications, restrictions, and number of his competence certificate, and the number of his aviation physical examination certificate;
(3)The routes, aerodromes, and types of aircraft to be used, relating to the nomination;
(4)Other referential matters.
2. The application of the preceding paragraph shall have documents attached certifying that the candidate for pilot inspector flilfills the requirements prescribed in subparagraph 1 and 2 of the preceding Article.
3. The Minister of Transport shall conduct a ｣?itten examination, oral examination, and practical examination (the latter to be conducted only in cases ｣?ere this examination is recognised as necessary) to determine whether said candidate for pilot inspector satisfies the requirements prescribed in each of the subparagraphs of the preceding Article.
4. The practical examination under the preceding paragraph shall be conducted by having an officer designated by the Minister of Transport ride ｣?th said candidate for pilot inspector in an aircraft of the same type as the aircraft specified in the nomination or by the use of a flight simulator of the same type as the aircraft specified in the nomination.
Article 164-(11). The Minister of Transport shall conduct examinations once per ｣?ar to determine whether pilot inspectors satisfy the requirements prescribed in each of the subparagraphs of Article 164-(9).
2. The provisions of the preceding Article apply accordingly to the examinations under the preceding paragraph.
Article 164-(12). The Minister of Transport shall, when he deems it to be necessarｙ, conduct additional examinations to determine whether a pilot inspector satisfies the requirements prescribed in each of the subparagraphs of Article 164-(9).
2. The provisions of Article 164-(12)paragraphs 3 and 4 shall apply accordingly to the examinations undcr the preceding paragraph. lln this case, "candidate for pilot inspector" in paragraph 4 of the same Article shall be read as "pilot inspector".
